AoE Damage is reduced if you hit more than 10 Mobs with a single attack.Let a mage use Blastwave on 11 Mobs, you will see his damage massively reduced.I had about 760 spelldamage at the time I recorded that scene, my Soc was hitting for ~1,6k on <10 mobs.

If his SoC crits for 2.7k, it will do 2.7k to EVERY mob it crits. It wont be divided. As heissler kindly explained, you get crazy damage reduction to compensate for the ability to AoE more than 10 mobs. You guys are confusing SoC (seed of corruption) with a pally spell (seal of command), youre getting so many factors wrong. Im gonna replay my warlock, Im tired of idoits like you making the class look retarded. I met a warlock in SM yesterday who wouldnt even LT. Nice video, heissler.

For him to be able to get more than 4? SoC's off is ridiculous. My high spell power only allows me to get off 3. You do understand that upon reaching 1044 dmg it explodes....It took him 10secs since first cast to reach 1044 dmg....on avg it can take me up to 5. GL with your pally because you've obviously have never seen a crit.

If my average damage from detonation is 1.5k and upon a detonation crit can reach up to 2.7k, then how is his average damage(you do know that his average damage was 970 per target and the 1.4k were crits?) on each target(again...my mobs have already been hit with 1500ish that is NOT A CRITICAL but AVERAGE DAMAGE)

Seed of Corruption Definition (just in case you forgot)

Imbeds a demon seed in the enemy target, causing 1044 Shadow damage over 18 sec. When the target takes 1044 total damage, the seed will inflict 1110 to 1290 Shadow damage to all enemies within 15 yards of the target.

Dear Moron, you did not add the 1.5k AVERAGE DAMAGE that I do with my SoC spell per target.

1.5k per target > 970 per target

2.7k single target(s) > (from what I saw 1.4k)

Please go back to school and learn how not to back talk to adults.

cant believe you trinketed for such small damage. My SoC crits without trinket at 2.7k.

Seed of Corruption is very real, and very very powerful. Hopefully this tactically demanding spell will create more skillfull warlocks. I still think warlocks need a better way to escape more than another way to dish out crazy damage.
