Hang Drum Muted - PanArt

Me experimenting with my new hang. It's not the greatest song, but it shows that you can make a hang sound similar to a xylophone by placing a thin blanket over top.

@scadisawesome Actually, there was a distributer back in the day in Canada. I ended up buying two that way. They no longer have distributers. When they first started building them, they were only $600 in Canada because no one was buying them. Too bad I didn't know about them then!

I can only answer this from a biased point of view. I have been playing the drums for years and found that Hang is pretty easy to play.

I guess it depends what you consider what good hang playing is. You can just bonk notes on this instrument like a caveman and it still sounds like magic.
