Two in-print recordings which I know of include the piece:
'Music from the Ether', Lydia Kavina (theremin).
Naxos' compilation 'Ondes Martenot', Thomas Bloch (ondes Martenot).

Swiss Television "SF Schweizer Fernsehen" (Switzerland) produced the FANTASIA for Theremin, Oboe, Piano and String Quartet in Zürich (Château Au). Euro Arts Germany published the complete composition with other pieces on DVD with the title "Heinz Holliger - Oboe Fantasy".
