Thats exactly what happened to me the other day; the head wind became tail when i had deployed 30 degrees flaps landing thru the valley. Go around would have flown me into this hill not far from take off end at the 5500 elevation runway total 2900 foot. So I went off the runway to stop safely (grass was friction). The take off, well no flaps, short field, hill and, trees at take off end, changing wind, I was a little afraid but did the math and lifted off clearing well.

Actually Embry-Riddle is not a bad school and just because he porpoised for a bit doesn't mean Embry-Riddle is a bad school nor can we simply "buy" or licenses. You all fail to realize that it's a flight school, we are not and we don't claim to be anything else. So you all can get off your flight simulators, come experience Embry-Riddle, and then talk shit.
