The Lyrics are: "Bleib bei uns, denn es will Abend werden, und der Tag hat sich geneiget, o bleib bei uns, denn es will Abend werden."
It's sung in german. The lyrics can be found in the Bible (Luke 24, 29): "Stay with us, for it is nearly evening; the day is almost over"
By the way: the pronunciation isn't bad: I'm german and I do understand what they sing... I'm sure lots of german native speakers would love to be able to sing and pronounce Rheinbergers "Abendlied" like they do... ;-)
