There is no point in bashing this cop. In America going 28mph over the limit is a SERIOUS traffic violation, and he didn't even get a ticket. I'd say they got off really easy. Pay attention to the laws of the country you're visiting and you'll be just fine.

Ok first off maybe he could have been a lil more "kind" about it. But it's the lil German boys responsibility to know the speed limit. Ignorance to the law is no exception. I'd say him being rude and lettin him outta a $500 ticket is a pretty good trade. So stop fuckin bitching about how rude he was. You go to another country, know what the fuck the laws are. He gave him a lecture about speeding AND he gave him a break by not ticketing him! 2) "why someone can't imagine that people can drive 250 km/h"...uhh because it is Illegal here that's why.
