The Wahrk of Riven is suffering from depression, and Atrus notices. Sirrus thinks it is a result of love and attempts to hug Achenar (who just transfromed back into a human state after being a Wahrk), but Achenar will not let him. Meanwhile, Saavedro and Gehn are convinced that their linking books are maps, and maps are linking books. Achenar dislikes this so he uses a magical spell that limits Saavedro's vocabulary to words he said in two cutscenes of Myst 3. Gehn then tries to stop the madness by using his brainwashing device, but Saavedro misinterperets Gehn's words causing Cho to get very boerd.
