Yes... it's a tarot card. Specifically, it is the card that Sibyl was talking to Harry about earlier, I believe (it has been awhile since I read this book). That was when Harry learned who betrayed James and Lily... but I also believe the chapter this song references is called that, too (it's the chapter name that references the scene with a drunken Sibyl). Hmm... now I have to go read the book to fact-check.
