recipe of pomegranate juice

Ingredients:
1. 2 - pomegranate, cleaned
2. 1 - apple diced, cored
3. 1 tbsp - honey
4. 5 to 6 drops - lemon juice
5. Salt to taste
6. Pepper to taste

Method:
1. Grind the pomegranate in a mixer and filter the juice to extract the juice from the seeds.
2. Put apple and other ingredients in an electric mixer. Run till it forms a smooth puree.
3. Add some chilled water to make the juice of desired thickness.
4. Run again till mixture is smooth and frothy.
5. Strain, serve fresh and frothy in glasses.
