A poor attempt at a front lever although it's representative of my current level. I want to show the gradual improvements over the next few months so here is square one.

  • Try actually pulling up into it from hanging. You can actually do a training move by doing this.

  • @speak82 Yes but there's a move which is called just "planche". And to answer on your original question: No, the front lever is harder to learn than the back lever.

  • @heikg The guy in the vid will know what I mean, it's circus terminology, we say planche instead of lever, they mean the same thing. but thanks!

  • @speak82 There is no such think as "back plache". Do you mean back lever?

  • Dude, that didn't look like a poor attempt to me! Good stuff. How did you go about training for it?

  • Is that easier than a back planche?

  • Don't arch, rather do straight negatives or practice the straddle FL. Good work.

  • Try doing it slightly arched, from there you can progress to strait body.

    Nice man.
