Job well done mate, Ive got a Kirby Lauson Similar to yours but has a wind up starter and that was soooo dirty had to buy a 4 litre container of degreaser.
Shame you chucked the tank you could have put small pebbles inside and shook it untill no more rust came out, plus it wouldnt have gotten to the engine because there's a filter on the fuel tap.

@pcamore haha yeh i gave it to my mate to put on his gokart frame, his youtuybe is brendon124cc if you feel like looking, its got a honda gx 120 carb on it noww and it flies :D
