And 1 more question, do you set your screen picture to a HQ like Glow and all those options in graphic and texture, and promod graphic to be so pretty?

@cezarsamp Crouching used to help your sprint regeneration rate in earlier copies of CoD, but now people do it out of habit (I don't think it has any effect now). With regard to the video quality/colours, you'll have to ask electro (channel in description). It'll be a custom movie config used AFTER the actual demo was recorded.

@Scheufi Depends entirely on which jump you're doing. Generally use 125, if you want to bounce then it's normally 250.
