  • Piece of shit plastic crap

  • The automatic feed system is shit. The line wears down in 10 seconds and I have to turn it off, flip it over and manually feed line. The premade line spools are way to small, and they say you get "free line" for life but they charge you $9 shipping for 6 reels. And you can't buy the line in stores so you're forced to buy line from worx

  • The 18V lithium batteries cost nearly sixfty dollars each and last for five or six charges each, a charge is good for ten or fifteen minutes wide open. I loved the machine until I went through $150 worth of batteries in one season. The batteries are garbage made in China and Worx should be ashamed to put their name on them. DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE until they make better batteries, preferably in the USA. Good concept, disgustingly terrible batteries. In two words: Rip Off.
