I didnt make it, i bought it at Mermagica and you can get some material from Joanne Fabrics or maybe Michael s but basically anywhere they sell fabrics, just ask for swim fabric

I got a mermaid tail! mine was only like $30 (U.S) and it's gold. I just have to wait till summer, cause our bathtub we have is too small for me to swim in ):
