I think devil horns are from monster pack dlc but there are probably some in-game i havent unlocked yet

@Unistachio They can be obtained in 4x area in first level of Wilderness. It is hard place to get, but you get full devil costume from there.

@mastersniper125 I used kabuki robe, ninja mask, rubber boots and leather gloves. Then i decorated it with some stickers
