It is terrible that an industry as big as Bollywood does not have a single film historian who has written at length about its history and stars. What is there is there in bits and parts, and so badly written, that it is painful to read. Nothing has been documented for future generations about its thousands of stars. Few stars like Madhubala, Dilip Kumar have the same things written over and over by different people. Quite shameful and nobody in Bollywood recognizes that.
