Mega Man 3 - Easiest Doc Robot Kill

There's a little struggle at the beginning.
Once you get on Rush Jet, this boss fight is as simple as Jump & Shoot, Jump & Shoot.
You don't use as much energy for Rush Jet when you jump than when you keep standing on it.

You can call this a glitch yes. In fact it's a hole in the AI pattern of the boss. If special conditions like this are met but do not refer to any behavior in is AI it will just ignore all and wait till the next step.

In fact in megaman series those glitch about AI are pretty cool cause you can just imagine it's the robots that are not well programmed by Wily. :D
