Not hatin' on PC people, but I went Mac and I'm not going back :D
However I do see that PC and Mac are important for (and built for) different things. We should all accept that. Don't hate on Mac's. We ain't hatin' on you.

Apple only found breathing room upon the Vista flop. But Windows 7 is in the horizon, and I hope Apple puts more effort on their I-phone and I-pod lines because that's the only grip they will have left.

The reason they work better is because it's a proprietary system; Apple controls all aspects of the hardware, and won't allow Mac clones. That's why they cost more; always have and always will. As long as you want to pay more money, and have less choices, Macs are great. As far as productivity, you can accomplish anything on either one.
