  • Take a "green" idea, and "ungreen" it by commercializing it and making it expensive and trendy. Costs about $40 a sf in South America.

  • Calm down people, a real crook is a morgage at 30 years and a house that only last 15 years and your left to pick up the mess. Wood vs. Steel it's a no brainer. Instead of trash talking why don't you guy's add a solution. This country is falling apart because all people can do is talk. DO SOMTHING ! Free your Chicken coop mind buddy>

  • $140/sf !!! He's crazy and a crook!!!

  • @lestat34208 It wasn't his idea. They have been using containers for homes for decades...

  • $140/sf is not competitive. That is insane. Let me back up... it may be competitive in California or in the Northeast. But they are going to have to do better than that with the price points.

  • he seems to be charging for the creativity it seems. its very expensive for me.. but i love it..!!!!

  • tthis guy is nuts..$140 a square foot? why the hell would i take a chance with shipping containers for that kind of money? bunch of thieves. it should be $45 a square foot..make it appelaing at list in the price...omg..new idea and hope comes along and some crooks rightaway have to blow it..

  • Wow this would be great for chicken coop or dog kennel,Novartis and Proteus Biomedical are not the only companies hoping to implant microchips into patients so that their pill-popping habits can be monitored. VeriChip of Delray Beach, Fl.,: an implanted chip links to an online database containing all medical records, credit history social security ID. new national identity database Social Security and NationalCreditReportcom. The VeriMed Health ( microchip cleared by the U.S. Food & Drug )

  • lol I doubt it was your idea!

  • nice vid, but $140/ sq ft sounds too high..buildaroo is doing for 100 /sq. ft. I think even that is quite high in comparison to regular building cost.
