$140/sf is not competitive. That is insane. Let me back up... it may be competitive in California or in the Northeast. But they are going to have to do better than that with the price points.

tthis guy is nuts..$140 a square foot? why the hell would i take a chance with shipping containers for that kind of money? bunch of thieves. it should be $45 a square foot..make it appelaing at list in the price...omg..new idea and hope comes along and some crooks rightaway have to blow it..

nice vid, but $140/ sq ft sounds too high..buildaroo is doing for 100 /sq. ft. I think even that is quite high in comparison to regular building cost.
