v8 fj40 start after long summer

i added a main power cut off switch to stop te battery from draining on long parking periods, it's just like taking off the battery wire... notice how the battery is nice and charged enough to crank over the v8 350cid after a 4 month stop... sorry for the steering pump sound ^_^

if you're a little short on cash the 2F would be fine with a downey upgarde package, carb headers and cam, but still the power and relieblity of a chevy power plant is what drove me to do the conversion... i know someone with a 383 in his FJ40 , he does 1st, and 2nd gear burnouts on 33 inch tires ^_*

if i had to start over on my rig i would've paid a little extra for an advance adapters v8 conversion kit and a freshly built 350 mouse with bolt-ons.... you'll pay but it's worth it, BELIEVE ME! this conversion if (done right) is so much more relieble than the stock 2F , given the right radiator too...

Khaled My Fj is in the garage now for a Fresh paintjob and umm am kinda stuck between the 350 Block and the really torquey 2F i have so what do you think
