@boodsful Usually it does, but not enough to sufficiently create a male-looking chest, so most trans guys still have top surgery (at least that's what they tell me, I'm a trans woman so I don't know from experience).

@boodsful Not really. I had top surgery after being on T for about 6 months so I didn't have a long time on testosterone to find that out.
