Thanks for showing us this video. A while ago I told you that you didn't need to lose weight you were beautiful anyways. Well that is still true but getting up and moving will make you a more healthy beautiful you. So i understand why you are doing it. I have lost about 40 pounds but I have yet to start exercising. The girls at my work are all going to ZUMBA and have been trying to get me to go because of this video I think I might try it. Thanks so much it looks like fun
