Sadly, it seems likely to me that the owner or franchise has a "system" in place with unitended consequenses like this. often there is an incentive to keep the timing with in a cerain tolerance. or in order to improve service someone had the bright idea to put strick guidelines on the ordering system to insure good, fast service. too bad

This is great and so true - so how do we teach them to think like us apart from giving example through leadership??
