  • Sadly, it seems likely to me that the owner or franchise has a "system" in place with unitended consequenses like this. often there is an incentive to keep the timing with in a cerain tolerance. or in order to improve service someone had the bright idea to put strick guidelines on the ordering system to insure good, fast service. too bad

  • This is great and so true - so how do we teach them to think like us apart from giving example through leadership??
