@heffyg101 Ice cream sandwhich, or ICS is the codename for Android 4.0. All major Android versions have their own codename, based on a dessert, and they are all in alphabetical order: cupcake, donut, eclair, froyo (frozen yogurt), gingerbread, honeycomb, ice cream sandwhich, and the next rumored release is going to be called jelly bean.
Computer scientists tend to have a sense of humor and like to add easter eggs and unique software identifiers. Android's are just used more in public.

Rushed to market. Processors made with 28/32nm processes will be better/waste less battery. They will also have a dual channel memory set up. Check out krait benchmarks and all the new processors coming out soon.
Thought must say tegra 3 is pretty useful for a tablet, maybe not so much a phone...

Y'all can argue specs all you want and pull up numbers to support whatever argument you have. All I know is that I have an asus transformer prime. It has 2x the ram, a tegra 3 processor, 32 gb hdd, micro hdmi port, micro sd port for expandable storage, and a REAL camera. All for $100 less than the ipad counterpart. No amount of spin can change these FACTS. I don't like being overcharged for something that isn't even as flexible as its competitors. keep your ipad. I don't want it.
