  • Great job! I tried this slightly modified which I think would improve flavor even more:

    1) Added pineapple along with the mango, makes the smell even more mouthwatering and the bit of sour from it was great

    2) paired up the scotch bonnets with Thai chillis: scotch bonnets pack a ton of hear but aren't the most flavorful pepper, the red chilli had amazing pepper flavor that really showed through!

    Thanks for the awesome recipe

  • @daniel1c Hey thanks for the feedback and suggestions. I bet the pineapple is a great addition, I'll have to try it for sure. Thanks for watching! :)

  • good work, that was awesome!

  • How much vinegar did you use? Its not stated.

  • im a hot sauce fiend. bhut jolokia is very tame actually compared to hab types, because of the almost instant heat. i'd like to see a jolokia based sauce on this recipe.

  • MeWantFoodNow...your food-pairing skill needs some work. Not that I believe you, anyway.

This looks delicious! Gonna try making it, gonna try. Especially appreciate the time you take to explain general technique. Lovely!

  • i ate this with some the chocolate marshmallow cookies

    tasted horrible yucky yucky
