no. they are legal, state named roads. vehicles must be registered and insured. so unless you can drive your dirtbike or quad down the street legally...you can't legally drive them here.
there is stuff out there that would swallow that truck whole. there is other stuff that would be like nothing. its not necessarily how deep the stuff is..its the bottom. its real soft, sandy mud.
