Super Villain 13 of Spades is working on his application to the Evil League of Evil when he starts suffering from cold feet. It's up to his henchmen to try to convince him otherwise!

Inciting mass hysteria,
and as they're running through the streets
I'll hide their car keys!
and spoil their milk!
and steal their left socks!
and burn their cities to the ground!

Henchmen 1: Wow, that was pretty evil!
13 of Spades: Really?
Henchmen 2: Yeah man! You got it!

Of all the ones that didn't make it, this one is the most tragic. WAY better than some of the ones on the DVD, and by far the best song of any of the thousands of entries. Love it!
