  • This girl never had carpal tunnel for sure. It is impossible to do for people in pain - and readers - don't even try to do this. Only rest and mild exercise can ease the pain, stretching is for arthritis NOT for carpal tunnel inflammation. Besides my personal experience I've been in therapy and had many visits to specialists. No push ups in any way, no bending the wrist (only mild, and in the air not against the floor)
