Yes, the dryer is the main energy user when it comes to laundry. They account for 6-10% of the total household energy usage, and can easily cost $100 and up per year to run depending on factors like family size. I live in Texas too, it's a real shame to see so many people use clothes dryers when it's a dry 100 degrees and up outside and the clothes would dry almost instantly.

@codethis It's your choice.

does the clothes actually get clean? As clean as a conventional washer?

Can you switch the handle to the other side of the Wonder Wash?

I've been thinking about do this very samething for two years but I was scared to waste my money and get a product that was no good. After watching ur vid I am gfoing to buy both machines next pay check, thanks!!!!

@EEaudio09 Cheaper? Sure for the initial purchase cost. Speaking only for myself, owning only one pair of jeans seems incredibly how can I say this delicately, frugal? That only leads to wearing it longer than it otherwise shoule be. There is no way you can wash even one queen size sheet in there, much less two, along with pillow cases and pillow liners. My HE full size washer holds 5 sheets, 6 pillow cases and 6 liners. I did live in an apt, I used their machines.

@starchild80 That was Downy detergent, not their softener product.

Nice video, but I opted for the electric Panda. I still might get one of these just in case I have to live on the street. LOL
Saving the planet. That was funny. The only people destroying our planet is the government's of the world with all their stupid wars.
Thanks, great great video! Can one dry at least one pair of jeans or slacks in the spin dryer ?

@goldbergje Yep, I've gotten 2 pairs of jeans in the dryer. I would have tried more, but my wife and I only have one pair each.

I have the washer. ^_^ l love it!
In our apartment we dont have room for a normal washer (plus being unemployed cant really afford one ether). Love the fact im not spending 2-4 bucks per load at the laundry mat.

@soulbait7 That's awesome! It's cool how much faster you get your laundry done with it, too. Makes it more than worth it.
