Before: Details required a robust application and hosting solution to support its large network of more than 1,000 field reps, but could not cost-justify building this solution in-house. In addition, in-store visits were difficult to verify without timely reporting and reliance on mailing documents resulted in missed opportunities for program execution as well as costly overhead.
After: Working closely with Details, CRC developed a customized solution to deploy PocketTRACKERâ„¢ Laptop version with Details' field force, in order to process the large amounts of data that Details required in their service programs. With electronic reporting visit time errors have been reduced drastically, and hard costs such as paper, mailing and equipment have also been significantly reduced.
