  • Gentrification ruined Manhattan ....its has to get worse before it gets better .....soon manhattan would be a huge walking mini mall.....goverment is supposed to protect us not screw us over ...

  • manhatten uptown maybe isnt that tuf like in the 80's, but the rest of new york is still damn ruff to me..

  • New York has been gentrifying for decades. I don't think our economy will be so explosive as to allow it to continue at these ridiculous levels. I get sort of tired of people whining about it actually.
