My favourite Eiko summon: Phoenix.
Bloody beautiful when it's the full scene. ಥ_ಥ

@blankfaceisclaimed I just don't think she fits that. Not all of the other characters like her, she's not perfect, she doesn't 'get the guy' she doesn't get an inordinate amount of time as the main character - she's only a supporting 'comic relief' character really. I think Garnet fits the Mary Sue criteria a lot better TBH (not that I hate Garnet.)
-
@anmaree i take it to mean someone who in real life would be really annoying and too perfect. someone that you'd normally hate, but in the storyline is all cutesy and nice and loved.
-
Pretty similar to Yuffie's theme
-
@blankfaceisclaimed I can see how she's overly-cute and how that could be annoying, but seriously, I don't think people even know what they mean by Mary Sue anymore.
-
Such a cute six-year old! Everyone loves Eiko Coral! :D
-
I see Eiko...I died because of too much cuteness.
-
@MrThomVD aw I like Vanille and Hope haha.

never liked eiko. she just bugged me somehow. those sorts of mary-sue characters that are meant to be really cute just get on my nerves.... but she had her place in the game, and was a rather effective comic relief.

@XordHacker True, true.... besides all that matters is that they are fun, which they are!

@Mattamster Well, what the characters of both games have in common is that they both contain fixed elements of job classes from previous FF games. For instance, Zidane is a Thief-Ninja hybrid, while Tidus is a Fighter-Time Mage combination. Garnet, Eiko and Yuna are all White Mage-Summoners, Kimahri and Quina are both Blue Mages (with Kimahri doubling as a pseudo-Dragoon), Freya is a Dragoon with the appearance of a Red Mage, Rikku's a Thief-Chemist... The list goes on.
