@genista2001 I very much agree, I find this interview very light and I love watching it, I have a few times now. But you are spot on, they did not get the best of Craig, as he was the one who seemed to be the anchor in this interview. Fun presenters, but terrible interview.

@mannymolecular This is where you are mistaken! You make an excellent point. Though, I am familiar with Craig, and he has a complex understanding of these underlying conditions, yet..here is the important part.. Understands, how to present it, and make it usable. If we sat there all day with clients, trying to explain to them the complexities of the why's and how's..No one would get off the couch. Some love it, others shut off when they hear it. Some people just need the 'Go' switch.

Motivational speaking is all well and good, but motivation and will power are just like positive thinking, they aren't sustainable, they don't last. It's in understanding our true values, our internal priorities, and living according to them, that we get maximum fulfillment and maximum results out of life.

Very standard run of the mill personal development rhetoric. I think the problem though is that these kind of speakers mostly focus on the external changes that create a more fulfilling life, but don't actually understand/explore/explain the underlying paradoxes, complexities, value systems and underlying motives in the unconscious that are inhibiting us from making those changes.
