I love the Creatures games but the teaching bits are always so annoying :L

@fourwind: The Warp still works to my knowledge, but yeah, Creatures 1 is very hard to find.

I discovered how difficult it is to find a copy of the game, and that the docking station has been offline for years. This saddens me greatly.

What exactly was the purpose of this game?

I have never played this game, but apparently you can download the "Docking Station" for free. This allows you to play part of the game?! Go to GOG DOT COM and read the review by user 'dining' for the d/l link. The post is quite long, so look towards the bottom of the post. Also, there seems to still be an active community of users/players. 'dining' links to these pages as well.
