@drummernowlincmn You should really be looking into custom moulded plugs. Much better for your hearing as they have much higher quality filters in them. They cost a lot more but it's worth it.

what kind of ear plugs are you using? my dads a Otolaryngologist and i know a lot about that stuff.

We use the Hi-Fidelity HEAROS. They're about $12 at any Guitar Center...highly recommended too! Thanks!!
