He is good! The front flip above a car is a thing I never tried! Ok Backflip, frontflip is easy! I jumped over a Mercedes Sprinter! Thats hard!

i tried this on the weekend and was walking within 5 - 10 min., its not hard your brain just has to get used to it

yeah its pretty easy. However don't get cocky, I bit the dust running full out on the concrete trying to show off on my second day. Ended up scraping the skin from my knee and elbow to the bone. Two months later and its still not totally healed up and I'm only just getting back up on em.

Yes it's damn easy.
It's a bit harder than normal running cause they are a bit heavy like compared to boots:D a and there is bigger speed to:D

I'm still fairly new to this but I may be able to provide an answer with what I know so far.

Just running comes pretty easy you just have to get used to letting the bocks do the work and taking big bounds instead of lots of little steps (about 5-9 ft strides, max speed is usualy arond 25mph). You really only get tired after you stop then you're beat. Most people can reach a mile run if they're really fit.

!!!Not from personal experience!!! Just from what ive read so far.
