yeah its pretty easy. However don't get cocky, I bit the dust running full out on the concrete trying to show off on my second day. Ended up scraping the skin from my knee and elbow to the bone. Two months later and its still not totally healed up and I'm only just getting back up on em.
i want to get some pro jump stilts but im not sure whether to get the junior 9.44 stone ones or the adult 9.44 ones. Im scared that the upper part might go past my knee so i wont be able to bend my leg. I cant test it because i can only find it over the internet.
i really want to get the adult ones as im 15 and around 5 feet tall so i am growing but im still quite short for a 15 year old. someone please give me advice what should i do?????????????
I'm still fairly new to this but I may be able to provide an answer with what I know so far.
Just running comes pretty easy you just have to get used to letting the bocks do the work and taking big bounds instead of lots of little steps (about 5-9 ft strides, max speed is usualy arond 25mph). You really only get tired after you stop then you're beat. Most people can reach a mile run if they're really fit.
!!!Not from personal experience!!! Just from what ive read so far.

It's a bit harder than normal running cause they are a bit heavy like compared to boots:D a and there is bigger speed to:D
