hi i was wondering how does he equlize the pressure in his ears because hes not that old so the tube that connects his ears to mouth and nose is quite narrow i was wondering how he can equlize

It is an old Casio watch that can´t be found anymore unfortunately. It has been really great.

16.2 meters. Amazing! Do you think Markus could reach 10 meters without fins? I don't know what can be the equivalence.

@kastrobol I think he could but we will try this summer. He does at least 35 m in the pool without fins.

If you want to know good freediving technique, watch again and take notes. Note how Marcus breaths up with his abdomen, not his shoulders. Note how he swims with his fins, not his arms. Note he takes the snorkel out of his mouth. Note he doesn't exhale on the way up, keeping oxygen and buoyancy. Note his buddy stays on top, fresh for any rescue that might be needed. Note he blows out hard after surfacing, then gives thumbs up. There is probably more. I am not as well trained.

@okuwater Thanks for you comment! Nice to know someone sees all these details...! I think you got them all. There is one more that is not so obvious because I managed to hold the camera quite still and that is that I went down to meet Marcus when he was on his way up at around 6-7 m and swam the last part face to face, just in case...
