I think this was from a show called "The Hollywood Palace" I remember seeing it as a 14y/o kid. I never missed them on "Were the Action Is"

The Under-Assistant West Coast Promom Man anyone? Still a great song...

Reliving your younger days with music like what these guys did, is awesome!

Another great performance by Paul Revere & The Raiders!

@JohnGee1977 I saw them at the Iowa State Fair and they filled all the seats and the rest had to stand and watch from a distance. The Raiders will give a great show regardless the size of the crowd. I took my 13y/o boy who is not that crazy about 60's music but he sure loved the Raiders. He even has a few of their songs on his I pod along with the rest of the new music.

uhhh yea OK ..they remind me of a mixture of Hermits Hermits and Bee Gees, but the Bee gees had respectable music

I saw these guys on a soccer field at James Madison University in the 80's without Mark Lindsay. They wore themselves out for just a couple hundred people. They were real professionals with an appealling presence and a great sound. I still think the guitar solo in "Just like Me" is one of the all-time best.

they are smiling they had sex for the first time

I'm kinda sure I seen these guys doing the Freddie just a little bit.

do they sound like the Stones or vice versa?
They were never better without harpo and fang period. However later on having keith allison in the band was an especially ironic touch given his famous resemblance (at the time) to one Englishman Paul mccartney regarding their old tune asking rhetorically:"Why can't i get my song played?" or something like that-anyone help me out on that title?

@norseleague Well, I think that Drake Levin was as good as Harpo. He also contributed to their best album, "Midnight Ride".

@oceanbound222 Yes, it was released in September 1966, and it went to #20 on the Billboard chart.
