  • True enough. Living in Quebec and being relegated to a quasi second class form of Canadian citizenship where even the charter of rights and freedoms is inapplicable is somewhat of a pathetic condition. Of course, it's no less pathetic than the nationalist movement that has imposed such conditions upon its minorities. The problem is easily solved. Let the island vote on its political future and you'll be free of the ethnic vote and the Jewish money that Parizeau complained about in '95.
