I don't understand.

If the people are old enough to vote, aren't they old enough to be responsible enough to have some form of identification, to prove who they are?

If you can't prove in some fashion, with perhaps a license, some form of state identification, or maybe with a birth certificate that you're an American citizen that's eligible to vote, I'm not sure you should be voting.

Are they letting all the illegal immigrants vote too?

I wouldn't be surprised to hear that's the case at all.
