Yeah, but you don't know your opponents hand, so they are part of the 46 that you use when making your calculations.
Of course, if you're Daniel Negreanu then you know your opponents hand anyway so yeah, 44 unknown cards :P

Guys, burned cards or the other opponents cards DO NOT decrease the odds UNLESS we know them. HE'S HUMAN he made a mistake.
