Police Shutting Down Lemonade Stands? That Wont Stop us!

News has been spreading around about a 7 year old girl who was shut down by police for running her lemonade stand at a busy intersection along the highway. We know there can be more business doing it near the highway but it is very dangerous so we have been having our cupcake and lemonade stand near home in the neighborhood where the posted speed limit is 25MPH. I had to yell at a few people driving by since it was obvious they were speeding.

Total cost for ingredients was: $1.80
Cake mix: 75 cents
Frosting Homemade: Cost 25 cents
Lemons and water/ sugar 80 cents

Still had half of lemonade and cupcakes left over so invested cost was 90 cents and we kept the other 90 cents. $8.00 dollars was credited to our sales from those who made denotations but did not get anything in return.

Since we are on our neighbors property facing the road and he allowed us to sell there this means we can relax and sell without needing a permit.

Actual results may vary. We can't guarantee that much success with these things but it should mainly be done for fun. . Part of the money earned from our cupcake and lemonade stand sales have been placed in a video response contest box. The winner gets $50.00

This video is intended to support poor little 7 year old girl who had her lemonade stand shut down by the police. We thought the money thing in the beginning was a good way to say, "Let the kids have fun and make money", nothing more than that. We had one person say we were bragging about our money, but if you watch all our videos you will know that we support our community and we love to give to those who are less fortunate. We do it all the time and we don't expect anything in return. The intro was more like a parody video proving how lucrative selling lemonade is, in a joking manner. We were going to prank people by making them think we were selling pee!!

We are having a best video response contest. All you have to do is post a new video response to this video. It must be a new response and it has to contain your voice or a video of you explaining how you make extra money in the summer or during your free time. i do lemonade stands in the summer but the police didnt shut it down. The lemonade was 50 cents a cup and for a cup he gave us 5 dollers!!! :] : -]

Cleanliness is top priority to the consumer... That's why I sell pre-packaged lemonade in a can at the busiest park in western Oregon. I make on average $50 a week but I only sell in the summer months. I plan on getting a push cart to sell pre-packaged ice cream novelties for my birthday.
