  • @derekflint I can dunk I hate squats do single leg press I weighed 200 when I first started dunking and I know I sure couldnt squat 400 pounds but I do alot of single leg press weighted hip raise calf press and alternating leg press and tons of stretching and cycling

  • the vertimax really works my school had one and i spent my summer on this thing and i was able to dunk but when summer was over i was getting up so easy and i was way faster so if your school has this get on it im serious it works you will be happy with results if you put the work in

  • im pretty certain $50 @ the hardware store & i can conjure up a similar enough devise, still tho you can use it all day but if ur not squatting at least 2x ur body wgt its a waste
