Jesus Stag Night Club...Oh My Lord!

On Friday, 02 December 2011 the Daily Star reports that Jesus Stag Night Club, the opening track from the album The Pleasures of Self Destruction was causing a ruckus with the Christian Coalition, with them saying that Johnny Depp and his cronies would burn in hell for this filth.

The controversy spread and on Sunday, 04 December the story, re-printed in New Zealand included a youtube link featuring the album cover art and audio of the song. Other youtube links started showing up, news organizations were going crazy and all along thinking the song was release deliberately, trying for a shot at the X Mas song of the year in the UK.

ABC affiliates reported that Johnny Depp sang the song, however, they played audio of the first 4 lines with the album cover art. E! News got a response from Stephen Jones whose response was hilarious, with comments like "Jesus Stag Night Club just flowed out of me as though the Lord himself has touched me in my secret place."
