well if your looking to stay on a low budget and avoid any major engine issues the best way to go is to first off fix any issues you have with the car before you start modifying.
Next invest in a boost controller, downpipe, catback exhaust, gut your precats if you havent already, fmic, lightweight pulleys and light weight flywheel. That should put you close if not over 400hp on stock turbos
