After this episode's initial airing, Warner Bros. received complaints from the Catholic League for Religious and Civil Rights, claiming that the Spanish Inquisition game show sketch at the beginning, "Convert or Die!", was teaching children to reject Catholicism. Because of this, in reruns, that sketch was replaced with a newly-made one in which the kids think General Custer is running a custard stand, but restored when the episode was featured on In2TV.

  • When I first saw this on TV , I wasn't expecting the Spanish Inquisition.

  • "teaching children to reject Catholicism"???

Why can't they just admit that they don't like their dirty laundry being aired for the world to see?

  • Actually this sketch is very accurate, historically speaking, so, i'm a catholic but i disagree with the church on this one, this should not have been prohibited, so that we never let something like the inquisition to happen again.

  • the funny thing about the Spanish Inquistion, is today, it`s the atheist who believe ``covert or die``

  • @thawhtet8

they couldn't have done anything against them one is british and they wouldn't do anything and Brooks would have fought back if they made a stink

  • @ImJust1Joe no body the Spanish Inquisition!

  • wupps sorry guys it's spelled sevilla but you pronounce it like this sevia cus in espanol the double LL makes a "Y" sound and the I makes an "E" sound. so say it right people trust me I would know how to say it right because i'm mexicano. by the way the "X" makes a "H" sound in mexico.....so yea.

  • Silly Catholics, they should watch Monty Python or History of the World Part 1.

  • omg, forgot how much I *loved* Loud Kiddington. Hilarity.

  • it's Sevia not Savil! These people think they know who to say it but they don't.
