so it can be a cap strap or regular toe strap. wear it on your toes or over the top of your boot.

yea, the pink ones are so baller! the cap strap is basically more light weight than the older ones. but the primary use is to push your boot back into the heel cup and the high back MORE which causes better responce. (the capstrap is made to go on the front of your toes)
