This second entry of VBT demonstrates a feature of the SEGA Saturn VDP2. It uses color calculations, to blur the edges of an image.
The effect is hardly noticed. To see the blur effect, just compare the image when the voice sample "SEGA Blur" appears at startup, to image afterwards. During the voice sample, the image is not blured, later the blur effect is applied.
VBT also submitted another version, in which the blur is pulsed, while in this video, it's constant. Written in C using SBL.
