I wonder.. they land major names in here with their expensive jets from all over, Allen & Company doing so since 1983, so it's always a bone of major contention here for travelers.

@tanyaahogan probably because of the type of navigation and communication systems they have at the airport. Not all airports can operate the same. Your major international airports have a lot of traffic and need to have the best technology to do so, your smaller airports, not so much

awesome! this just keeps me wondering why Sun Valley, Idaho, can't keep it's airport open and land jets in weather just as nasty..
