Unusual weather to say the least! Driving was bad or worse than flying but many flights were canceled.

  • I wonder.. they land major names in here with their expensive jets from all over, Allen & Company doing so since 1983, so it's always a bone of major contention here for travelers.

  • @tanyaahogan probably because of the type of navigation and communication systems they have at the airport. Not all airports can operate the same. Your major international airports have a lot of traffic and need to have the best technology to do so, your smaller airports, not so much

  • awesome! this just keeps me wondering why Sun Valley, Idaho, can't keep it's airport open and land jets in weather just as nasty..
