Extremely good form... but a douche-bag nonetheless. Stop dropping the weights at the gym, it's annoying. Furthermore, if you're going to do the lift, do the positive AND the negative rep. I'd say you did half a deadlift.

if youre not a powerlifter or olympic lifter,the trap bar is a safer,more comfortable method of building the posterior chain and can be taught far quicker than a technical deadlift.

To all the pro lifters here, what is the difference between lifting with a hex bar and a straight bar?? Isn't a hex bar better because you use your whole body, where as in the straight bar you have keep your knees lock or you can't lift it?? Please if I said anything stupid I'm sorry, but I'm a beginner thanks.

X2. What a douche bag for dropping the weight like that. And I bet he can't deadlift with a straight bar for shit.
Too many guys at the gym seem to just finish their stuff and walk away without deloading the bar properly.
